Being challenged to choose plenty

My winning the award made me open my eyes to the possibilities before me. I am hoping to join the council next year. I am hoping to finish high school and go to college. I  can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Cross your weakness’ off your list and work on your strengths. Make the most of every opportunity. My goal is to speak to the bureaucrats who help make things happen. Keep choosing to be motivated ! I am not finished fighting til everyone who wants an education gets one.

    Josh,
Your Grandma is in my SS class – you have a wonderful, caring and motivated Grandma. …and Mom. Don’t take them for granted. 🙂
Your blog is very inspiring! TY for sharing what and how we should be treating all people….and we fall so short. I can’t imagine how sad it makes God.

    Congrats on your award!!

Wow…Joshua Berkau, you are blowing my mind! My name is Jill and I worked with you when you were a pre school student at the Rehab Center. I was your Occupational Therapist. Your Blog is amazing. You are an inspiration and hero. You represent consistence, persistence, determination, courage. You are absolutely changing the world! There is a reason I saw your mom and sister at the fall festival today. I am totally and amazingly blessed to have seen them and they shared your blog address. Looking forward to seeing where God is leading you and how He is going to use you to make a difference in millions of people’s lives.

Congratulations, Josh! I know this is a little late but it still deserves a high-5. I’m sure with your positive attitude you will accomplish everything you desire. I work with a young man with autism who completed his first year of college at U.S.I. last year and was able to transfer to I.U. in Bloomington this year. I also have two children with autism and my dreams are the same for them. Thank you for being such a great example!
    Blessings. Steve Jasper
